Morro Bay Hearing Aid Center

This is probably the best service that we have ever received. We were traveling through Morro Bay northwards and this was one of the very few centers open over the holiday long weekend (July 5th). My dad (in his late sixties) had issues with his right ear hearing aid for more than a week. The audiologist was quick to diagnose and fixed the issue within minutes. She gave us guidelines on cleaning the device and was amazingly pleasant! Kudos to you guys! Thanks you for all that you do! :)

I have been going to Morro Bay Hearing Aid Center for several years. I'm very pleased at their expertise and their ability to solve problems; also the company stocks many parts. The people in the office are welcoming and cordial. They will "bend over backward" to take care of you. I strongly recommend Morro Bay Hearing.

Everyone at this business is very nice and very professional, from Diana in the front to Gretchen and Stephanie. I got my hearing aids from the V A and it took a bit because my hearing was not good and the V A wanted more tests, but when they came in they got me fitted right away. If I have a problem they usually just have me come down and take care of it right then. I called down and Diana said they were closing in 10 minutes, I said that's ok ask Gretchen to call me tomorrow. Five minutes later Gretchen called and she and her husband were on their way home and she said they'd come by and help me. I tried to tell her it could wait but she wanted to come by and got it fixed! Where else are you going to find that kind of service? Can't say enough good about them, they're the best!
